Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Power of Space with California Institute of Technology | Fiona A. Harrison

Our knowledge about the universe has increased vastly in less than a generation, thanks to advances in telescope technology. Fiona A. Harrison, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Caltech, is the Principal Investigator of NASA's Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array (NuSTAR) – the first telescope that can operate in the high-energy part of the x-ray spectrum. In this presentation for the World Economic Forum, Fiona explains how NuSTAR is opening a new view on the universe.
